SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it can be alarmed regarding the significant quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your superior amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely functional office devoted to service the area every day. The support position established for intervention ordeals a significant inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for that Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.
